Zen Zest Tea Tree Oil review

Hello! ^^ It’s time for another product review. Im interested in products with tea tree oil because I’ve read it’s really good for healing annoying pimples. I actually want to buy The Body Shop’s tea tree oil but it’s expensive for me (im just a student. hehe). A reader switched to Zen Zest because the price got higher. TBS’s price is P450 I guess. This 15ml bottle costs P150 only. Yay for Zen Zest! It’s affordable for students like me. Yay!

Zen Zest claims: “Extracted from the leaves and twigs of the Australian Tea Tree, its anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties deep cleanses your skin and leaves it blemish free.”

Pros:

• heals pimples. 1 to 4 days for small pimples and 4 to 8 days for huge pimples.  (There’s no overnight solution to pimples unless you pop it.) XD
• affordable
• soothing
• it’s also good for insect bites.
• it’s not tested on animals. I love animals.

Cons

• The smell is kinda strong but Im used to it already.
• I dont like the top of the bottle, I take time to wait for the oil to come out.

Black Eyed Peas Live in Manila

Their opening act was a girl group, Blush. They were pretty good too! BEP performed Rock That Body, Meet Me Halfway, Just Can’t Enough, Freestyle (Wil.I.Am’s solo), Imma Be, Don’t Stop The Party, Don’t Phunk With My Heart, Shut Up, Joints and Jam, Big Girls Don’t Cry (Fergie’s Solo), Wil.I.Am’s LIVE DJ Set, Pump It, Where Is The Love, Apl’s solos: We Can Be Anything, The APL Song, Bebot,  Mare. The last three songs were Boom Boom Pow, The Time Of My Life (Dirty Bit) and I Gotta Feeling.

Im not sure what exactly did Will.i.am say “gusto niyo bang pumarty?” or “gusto niyo party?“ some thing like that. XD

I just found out that Taboo‘s favorite filipino food is dinuguan, Fergie‘s favorite is nilaga, Will.i.am‘s favorite is sinigang and Apl‘s favorite is bistek, correct me if im wrong.

There was a fireworks display at the end of the concert. We had so much fun. I hope they would come back!

Skinmate Shark Oil review

Directions

• This is applied as spot treatment only, not for the whole face.
• NEVER use cotton when applying Skinmate Shark Oil as it will irritate skin.
• Apply Skinmate Placenta Cream right after applying Skinmate Shark Oil. It works as a moisturizer.
• After applying shark oil for one straight week, one can now apply it every other night.

My tips

• It is better if you consult a dermatologist about your skin problems.
• Apply it on the affected areas only like on dark spots. Take note that you should not apply it on the whole face.
• After applying it for one straight week, let your skin rest for one to three weeks. Then apply it again but make sure it’s every other night only.
• Don’t use it too much. Too much peeling may lead to skin darkening

Packaging:

Pros:

• it peels skin within 3 days
• lightens dark spots within a week
• the peeling is not that obvious unlike other peeling products
• affordable

Cons:

• It has this smell but it’s completely tolerable
• I don’t like the redness of my skin when I’m under the peeling session.
• Can’t peel my deep acne marks
