Maybelline Baby Lips review

This is gonna be a quick review about Maybelline’s Baby Lips Lipbalm. :)

My sister bought this because she thought it was tinted and the design looks cute. :P

She gave it to me because she’s not a lipbalm user. :P I agree, the design looks cute with all the blue and pink thingy.

Im sure it’s affordable. I think it’s less than 100 pesos. :) It’s easy to twist the bottom part. It glides smoothly. The color is white and when you apply, it gives a glossy effect.

It moisturizes the lips plus it has SPF 20. It lasts for 6 to 8 hours based on my experience. Btw, I ate and drank that time. My lips felt really soft and smooth.

Overall, I liked it. You dont have to spend a lot to have moisturized and soft lips.

What’s your favorite lipbalm? :)

ELF Lip Stain review

Good evening ladies! I just got home from the mall. I’m a bit tired…. And I’m back to review another affordable makeup. :)

I was supposed to buy Etude House’s lip tint. I passed by ELF’s kiosk few weeks ago. ELF’s lip stain container looks interesting. I think Revlon and Covergirl have this kind of lip product.

The container looks like a pen. It feels awkward when I apply this at a public place because people might think I’m using pentel pen for my lips. lol. :) )

104_1300

There are three shades to choose from. I bought the darkest shade. It dries quickly so you have to be an expert even during the first application. @___@104_1301

Before (my bare lips): look at those pale lips. hahaha. Continue reading

Tony Moly Tony Tint 01 Cherry Pink review

Finally, I’ve tried Tony Moly’s best seller, Tony Tint. This is a 2 in 1 product. You can apply it on your lips and cheeks. :)

I got the sample size. It’s so cute. ^o^

Image

I tested it on my hand. It’s quite watery and it dries fast. You have to evenly spread it out before it dries or else it wont look natural on you.

Without the lip tint:’

With Tony Tint:

Sorry about my dry lips. I didn’t put lip balm before applying the tint. -___-

Pros:

  • Affordable, the full size is  278 pesos
  • A little amount goes a long way
  • Product is available at online shops and TM branches
  • Lasts for 3 hours (without eating and drinking)
  • Light feeling coz it’s a tint. XD

Cons:

  • It dries fast. It will be hard to spread evenly if your lips are dry

So there… Be sure to apply lip balm first then this lip tint. :)

1 down and more reviews to go. You can check out my upcoming reviews here. :)

Etude House Fresh Cherry Tint 01 Red review

I got the trial pack as a freebie from my trusted seller. :)

Image

A little amount goes a long way. It dries up fast so you have to be quick in applying it on the lips. If you like the no makeup makeup look, it should be applied equally or else it would look fake and it’s hard to touch up. For the price, the full size of this tint costs 348 pesos. It’s a bit expensive for me. The full size bottle looks like a bottle of a nail polish. The bad side of it is that you cant see how much tint is left in the bottle. Btw, I didn’t post the swatch on my lips because i dont know how to apply it evenly. I suck at using this tint. XD I’m used to tint gloss type of lip products. I still have to practice applying this tint. ^o^

Avon Smooth Minerals Lipgloss review

The shade is Nude Glaze. My aunt gave this to me. My skin’s pale so I’m not really a fan of shades close to brown. But it’s a gift from my aunt so I have to use it. I don’t wanna waste money. hehe. :)

-gives glossy finish
-gives natural reddish color
-moisturizes my lips
-easy to carry
-easy to apply
-it’s like Etude House’s Kissful Tint Chou #02 but more affordable. :D

Cons:
-I think it will melt if you’ll keep it in a hot place like all the lippies. hahaha. :) )
-It lasts for about 2 hours for me… but I dont mind re-applying it again. :P

So that’s the end of my quick review. I hope everyone’s enjoying New Year’s Eve and I hope everyone will have an amazing 2012. :D

Hi guys, it’s been a while! Today I’m going to write a review about Etude House’s Dear Darling Tint 01. :D

The packaging:

The applicator:

The shade:

Pros:

  • I love tints with applicator
  • Gives my lips a natural pinkish-red color, like I licked a popsicle. Hihi. :D
  • Affordable. (Php198) :D
  • I like the packaging. :)
  • It’s a gel type, so no spilling issues. :D
  • You can also use this for the cheeks. :)

Cons:

  • You have to evenly spread this tint or else the shade wont look natural.
  • It dries easily so you have to be fast when applying this.
  • Until now, I don’t know how to apply this evenly. omg. :(
