Rainy afternoon at Slice cafe. :)

Me and my sister planned to chill at High Street coz we missed Slice cafe. It’s a rainy afternoon. Summer is really over. I can feel that first day of school is coming closer and closer.

 

So here’s the Slice cafe! This place is so relaxing. This is perfect for those who just want to relax and eat.

 

We ordered our favorite Red Velvet cupcakes & Americano.

Acne scars and my confidence

Let me rant for a while…. I would like to thank some of my family members, “friends” and classmates who keep on noticing every single zit on my face. You made my confidence really HIGH. HAHAHA. NOT REALLY. You made my confidence really low……… well honestly I dont have confidence anymore.

It’s just like my grade school days. I was “anti social” before and i think the old me is coming back because of my deep and dark acne scars that cant be treated with skin peeling.

With all the judgments that I’m getting, I made up my mind. I will consult a dermatologist because all the products I’ve tried are not effective anymore. My scar problem is getting worse. I want to know if Skin Needling would be suitable for my skin. If it is, then I would love to try it. I’m talking about Fractional Needling. Those who tried it said that it’s more effective than Dermaroller. The effects can be seen from the first session.

BUT… I have to spend A LOT of money for it. I think I will spend 10,000 pesos for 2 sessions. That’s almost 240 USD. Maybe it’s so expensive because you can achieve great results faster. I’m not rich and i’m just a student. I dont know if how long will it take to save up for it. It’s like gambling.  I dont know if it will work for me. I just cant take the judgments anymore.

People think I’m spoiled and people who borrow money

It’s funny they think I’m spoiled. Nahhhh. They don’t know that unlike them… me, my bro and sis did not experience to go inside the toy stores when we were younger. Our parents used to say “no” when we want something that’s not important. We don’t ask our parents to buy something, we save up for it. I appreciate my parents for teaching us that “one time big time” is bad and buy the needs first.

So clearly, I am not spoiled.

I know some people who are spoiled. They get what they want  even if their parents know that they are not earning enough. Their parents would borrow money from other people just to please their kids. That is a bad thing. Parents should learn to say “no” and explain to their kids that they should save for their future.

Thrifty friends

I’m so thankful to have friends who are thrifty. They are so awesome. They are my guides when it comes to spending money. I like to go to the mall with them because they are like parents who scold me when I spend on things that are not needed. Most people at the uni spends a lot on branded clothes but they can’t afford the foods they like. What’s up with that? Me and my friends just spend on foods. I’m lucky that I’ve met them.

First Year: 2nd sem is done

It’s so fast. Another sem is done. My grades are so-so as usual. I cut classes when I’m sleepy or bored. I’m so bad. LOL.  That’s the reason why my grades are so-so. XD I gotta work hard next sem.
