Yaaay. Im back to blogging every weekend…. for good! Holy week is done. We did some fasting and took a break from things we enjoy the most. That includes the internet!
My sister was on a hunt for a mascara last week. We went to Etude House and she bought Lash Perm Proof Mascara Washable and other impulse buys. Haha. There are two types of this mascara. My sister picked the washable variant because she doesnt like the panda look after removing mascaras.
I’m basing this review on her opinion and mine too. I tried it on my lashes once for a whole day and here’s what we think
Formulated with Triple Coating Film. Lash Perm Proof Mascara supplies Precise lash definition and Long lash with its unique waterproof formula that won’t tears or sebum. Volume: 10g
Water, Acrylates Copolymer, Beeswax, Polyglyceryl-3 Beeswax, Alcohol Denat., Acrylates/ Octylacrylamide Copolymer, Copernicia Cerifera (Carnauba) Wax, Cetearyl Alcohol, Polyisobutene, Palmitic Acid, Sorbitan Isostearate, Polysorbate 60, Stearic Acid, Cetearyl Glucoside, Dimethicone, Glycerin, Microcrystalline Wax, Tromethamine, Talc, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Potassium Hydroxide, Polysorbate 20, Milk Protein Extract, Disodium Edta, Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol, Ethylhexylglycerin, 1,2-hexanediol, Methylparaben, Ci 77499
-Washable variant, easy to rinse
-No “panda” look after removing
-Doesn’t feel/look “heavy”
-One coat is enough for my thin lashes
-Quite expensive, Php 478
-Applicator doesn’t “separate” lashes
-Might not give enough volume if you have thick lashes like my sister or if you want huge difference
BEFORE & AFTER
Sorry for the quality. I’m still too lazy to use my HD camera.😂
Me and my sister prefer non-waterproof mascaras. Waterproof may cause the lashes to fall off more and damage them.
Lash Perm Proof Washable is nice if you’re looking for natural finish. It’s surprising because there’s a lot of clumpy mascaras from Korean brands. It’s easy to rinse when using facial wash. It’s even easier when you use eye makeup remover.
Honestly, I’m not into eye makeup but I’d choose this if I had to recommend a mascara for someone who’s just starting to play with makeup. 🙂
